Münk sin boe

MÜNKEBOE

In this typical East Frisian village, with nice residents, playgrounds, a sports field, hairdresser, doctor and shops, you will find our lovingly furnished guest house (East Frisia meets Hamptons). We are surrounded by mills, canals (which invite you to fish) and nature, not far from the „Große Meer“ and the North Sea coast.

With its own mill and a rustic village museum, it is centrally located between the cities of Emden, Aurich and Norden. The „Große Meer“, East Friesland’s largest inland lake, is about 10km away and can be explored by bike, surfboard, pedal boat or swimming trunks. Fishing is possible not only there but in the whole spot of Südbrookmerland. Norddeich with its sandy beach is approx. 20 km away and offers not only a kite meadow, a surf school and an outdoor pool but also the ferry service to the East Frisian islands. Finally, a wide range of restaurants and bars leaves nothing to be desired. In the neighboring towns of Moorhusen, Victorbur and Moordorf there are a number of specialist shops and veterinarians.

The neighboring town of Moordorf is home to the Moor Museum, also known as the Museum of the Poor.

Here you are ideally accommodated and can start a quiet, informative or active holiday.
Our house is well equipped for children of all ages! WiFi included 😊.

On our property there are two free-range cats, Maja and Shelly, and a small Chorkie male named Paddington. If your dog accepts this kindly and finds his place in the house in a basket, he is most welcome. Important: He is not allowed to stay alone in the guest house.
The sea access in Norddeich is currently getting a new dog beach. We are very excited!

Say hello! We love it!

WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO A MESSAGE FROM YOU!

Andrea, Elfriede and Peter
